Getting first 3 Amazon Product Reviews

Hello,

Am I correct in thinking that I shouldnt worry about getting reviews on my Amazon product listing, so long as I provide good service and a good product.

From what I read on this forum, any kind of "Have a free product in exchange for a review" offer is frowned upon and considered bad form.

I'm just worried my product is not selling because of this factor (among others).

Should I forget about the reviews and concentrate my efforts on good marketing (sales funnel, solo ads, coupon codes etc) ?

    Reviews are absolutely essential to sales.

    I would strongly urge you to get reviews as quickly as possible. One of the most important factors that potential customers consider are product reviews. Without any you hugely diminish any chance of sales as potential customers have nothing to 'measure' your product against.

    In short, no reviews equals no trust.
