How do you solve this?
After selling an item I sometimes receive this message afterwards:
"I still haven't received this item, it's been over 5 weeks"
I usually take the loss and either send a new item or refund the full payment.
I was wondering how you guys react when this situation occurs because you aren't able to find out if the customer is lying about this. Note: I do not provide any tracking number due to the extremely high costs.
