Free + Shipping Facebook Ads (Shopify)

I've been watching a bunch of courses lately and it seems that there are people who are crushing it with the free + shipping strategy. Create a sales funnel for upsells. I'm planning to set up my store next week and drop ship products from Aliexpress.
My concern is that there are people who get banned for running these type of ads. "Get your free bracelet. Just pay shipping!" I was thinking of including the shipping price with the ad so that it won't be 'misleading' but I'm not so sure about that too. I've already set up the Facebook Business Manager.
1. If my Facebook ad account get banned, can I still access the page?
2. What do you think of the Free+Shipping strategy?
