I was wondering what type of information I should give the manufacture about my company. Still in the early phase of asking questions and looking to buy a sample real soon.

It is a new company that has never done any type of ecommerce business.

Thanks for the help.

It doesn't really matter. In my opinion its not a bad thing to make the supplier think that you are a big company, but depending on your order size and professionalism this can't be achieved really of course.

But if you want correct invoices etc. you should give him the company name, address etc. of course.

      Splatterfox,

Thanks for the info. I want them to think I have a decent size company and give them correct information about the business in regards to name, etc.

    Hi there

It depends why are they asking your company details , if they asking you because they want to make a quotation for you then that's understandable. But if they asking you because they want to size you up for silly reasons then I would simply tell them that is irrelevant at this point , can you give me a quote or send me the sample . At the end of the day you are a potential customer ,you don't want the supplier to ask you silly questions, as a potential customer they should give the best customer service to make sure that you are impressed with them so you will be their customer.
