Already Sellng on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Bonanza etc: Diversify or Shopify?
Should I try drop shipping with Shopify/Ali Express?
Or should I do more of what I'm already doing?
I'd like to increase my earnings a little and wouldn't mind some chit-chat on the following:
I sell DVDs & digital downloads on a small scale. Embroidery designs are popular - I could get some professionally made DVDs from Kunaki and put them on Amazon and sell them for a higher price than I do on eBay etc. Digital downloads on Bonanza do OK, and it's very easy to do, which I quite like. I could try uploading more pdf books or whatever. I could do more of what I started with, which is printing off DVDs with public domain material and selling on eBay - or I could do better optimising of my existing eBay listings, I suppose, and maybe add videos, which the competition haven't done yet. I could also do digital downloads on Etsy.
Or I could dive in to Shopify - I see some good vids on YT - "Free + Shipping" being one that struck me (inspired by that method I now offer some free embroidery designs to pique interest in my other products). Should I try Shopify?
I like jewellery retailing, so could do that as a line. And the cost seems reasonable. It seems complicated but there are tutorials. I have drop shipped from China to eBay UK so have some experience in that kind of thing.
I know there is money to be made with embroidery, and would be able to do my own designs and more professional DVDs for resale, but am thinking my efforts will be better rewarded with an online store/drop shipping set-up.
On the other hand, uploading DVD content for Kunaki to send out at a cost of a dollar plus shipping can be very lucrative, but I need more product ideas. Or any ideas, really.
So this is just general rambling about what I'm doing and considering. If anyone wants to chip in with any comments I'd appreciate it. Just being on here and getting told about Kunaki's existence has leapfrogged me into making some good money for doing very little, so I know how powerful some of the knowledge on here can be.
