Hello guys,

I have a website that i launched a few days ago Motivation High - The Winner Mindset. I have made a few SEO adjustment and even wrote an 3000 words articles SEO bulletproof to try to gain organic traffic. But that traffic wasn't still a lot so i bought traffic with FB and Google Adwords. I manage through a rather good adword campaign to obtain 300 visits with almost 150 visit on this item Star Wars Your Empire Needs You Male T Shirt - The Winner Mindset but i made 0 sales with it. I dont understand i have traffic but my conversion rate is 0%. What am i doing wrong ?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Careful: You have no privacy policy, facebook could ban your ad account for that reason alone. Your terms of service are not readable as well.

The website's name doesn't really appeal for ecommerce to be honest.. At least in my opinion, I would use it more to promote an information product (it's a good name).

The website overall looks good, I would give up the accordion in the product's page and just make everything as visual as possible. And merge the cart page with the checkout page.

One thing I don't like about almost ALL wordpress ecommerce themes (with the exception of Yaros theme) is that they are made by designers and developers and not by people who understand marketing and what it takes to make a sell. So the website is pleasant for the eyes, but not ready made for collecting revenues. ) Just tweak it a little bit and it should be fine.

      Hello,

Thank you for you answer. Yeah i will try to ad a good privacy policy and term of service.

About the website name it was about the idea of the products i would sell that'd be aimed towards motivation. I will also look how to merge the cart & the checkout page, that's a really good idea so the customer will have less reason to not pay.

Make sure your website is "complete" before you start into the process of getting traffic and expecting sales. You should tackles issues at the website level first.

There is a simple reason for this.. your product has not reached out to your customers, you have only focused on getting traffic. Getting traffic to a website does not lead to sales. you need to reach out to your potential customers, otherwise all your ad campaigns are worthless.

Your headline says you are getting 300 daily visits but your question states that your ads generated 300 total visits, so I'm not sure which one it is.

For most product websites, Facebook is going to be extremely low converting for the simple reason that people do not go to Facebook to buy things. They go their to socialize with friends and family. When people search for things on Google, on the other hand, they are looking to buy. It is unclear what percentage of your traffic came from Google and how much came from Facebook.

You did not mention who your target market is. If it is the U.S.A. you stand very little chance of making a sale. We do not write our prices like that in the U.S.A. So, not only will many people have no clue what items cost, they will immediately know that their money is going to a foreigner and many Americans do not want to buy from foreigners for various reasons of their own.

      Thank you for your comment.

I meant the 300 visits were off paid traffic. I tried facebook and google adwords, i had a good campaign with adwords but it was expensive (paid almost 1€ per clic). I find facebook ads less expensive (i cant have a good ad running for 0,15 per clic). What are your thoughts on that ? What do you think about Instagram ? Im thinking about trying the IG Shoutouts.

Like you mentionned i dont live in the US i actualy live in France, Paris. But it seemed to me that the US and UK were a more valuable market for e-commerce so i decided to target thoses countries since i am doing dropshipping. I didn't know about the price i will change that.

      Thank you again.

First you have commas instead of decimals, your reviews aren't in English either. This probably looks sketchy to the people that visit.

Thanks. Yes there were an issue with the prices, as you noticed im not an english native speaker, i actually live in Paris. I'm changing that. The reviews for products on the other hand comes from AliExpress, i thought i will leave the reviews in other langages to show that you can buy products from everywhere but i might take them off.

In order to engage customers in your website you should write very convincing content about your products. You said you have 300 visitors. But 0 sales. Product should have good content so that visitors get convinced and buy your products.

Thanks. It's not easy to write a good product description when you start to have a lot of products but i will try to change them a bit and make them more unique.

Please check your logo. It is crossing the line from its right side. Also, not all the products have same leveled bottom. These small issues are just design issues.

There are a lot things to put into consideration and without anyone looking at it squarely, it's hard to proffer solution.

Below are a few things to look into:

    1. The quality of your product
    2. The quality of your content
    3. Your website conversion rate.
    4. Your product conversion rate.
    5. The quality of your traffic and how you managed your ad campaign.
    6. Non or improper utilisation of opt in and follow up messages.

Google ads are more expensive because they are targeting people who are actually searching for your products. Nobody is going to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. looking to buy something. They go there to kill time. Ads are much cheaper on social sites because they do not convert very well and are less valuable for driving targeted traffic that is actively looking to buy your products. Does that mean social ads are worthless? No. There are ways of using social to drive targeted traffic but for most product niches, those ways usually involve re-marketing to people who have already visited your website.

Next to the things Dave mentioned, which are true of course, your website has a strong message but a weak execution of that message.

Its a typical example of "giving our website a kind of dramatic name but selling just average stuff in an average way". If you use a topic like yours, combine it with a message, a story. Your store topic is very clear, but you assume that the visitor can think on his own what to expect from you and why he should buy from you. For a store like yours it would be crucial to have inspiring and entertaining videos and content, a unique way of presenting the products and stuff like this.

Right now its a below-average store (in terms of conversion and sales motivation) with an exceptional (in terms of usual eCommerce names) headline.

Plain shoutouts are just advertising gambling. Seek for people with INFLUENCE in your niche. So don't give money to someone for posting your ad for a few hours/days. This is better than nothing of course but usually not worth the money.

Research people with high engagement AND influence on their audience in terms of being some kind of role model.

I agree, there are still many things to fix to make it a professional website and one that creates conversations.

I think you can keep the design, just look around at other stores and gain some insight.. the header and footer needs visual improvements, the cart has two places to enter coupon, in one of the iphone cases I couldn't add it to cart because of some product variable error...

It's important to test the website thoroughly before launch.

The images accompanying the 3 purchase categories confused me in the beginning. Why do they all have the "shop now" button? I thought they were products for sale but clicking it brought me to a page that didn't show the specific product image that I clicked.
Also the 3 purchase steps positioned right below the 3 images? That made me think the shirt/poster/phone case symbolized each of those steps.

I don't know if you are doing a re-design or what but that link sent me to TheWinnerMindset domain, that domain name has nothing to do with e-commerce. Second thing, "shop now" buttons redirect to some totally different domain (MyFutGenius - I have no idea what is this supposed to mean), #3 Social media buttons redirecting to Smart Addon pages?? #4 tons of categories with 0 items inside. #5 About us is full of Lorem Ipsum text just like 50% of the site (Blog, pages, our team etc) and clicking on Home page redirects me to MaxShop website. I'm confused, which site is yours and what are you doing with these 2 other domains where website is 10% finished.

Most of the traffic are not buyers, so try to get them to your email list and slowly turn some of them into buyers. Also try to get more buyer traffic.
