Are my PayPal payments being hijacked?

I have a WordPress website where I receive payments via PayPal. I use the plugin known as iSell so that it automatically sends an email of the goods page after a sale to the buyer.
I recently noticed I have not been making any sales. 3 days now with no sales. I do make sales daily on normal occasions.
What is troubling is that I see referral traffic from PayPal daily despite lack of sales.
I have tried looking into everything. The only suspicious thing I found was an admin on my WordPress with the name Pochka who I have deleted. I was however told Pochka is a plugin admin and that is why it keeps adding itself.
What could be happening?

You may want to call paypal as my neighbor just reported to me about 5 minutes ago that they've been hacked.

Sorry to hear of your sales dropoff. I agree to reachout to paypal to see if they can find anything out of sort.

One other thing is to add site tracking to your website if you haven't already. Knowing who has been on the site at any given time is important.
