how to do affilicate marketing

Hello, Any Idea's as to how you can market other peoples product through Ebay description.
example, when I load my items for sell I can put links to other products on my Ebay store using HTML coding, can you do same with affilicated product instead of customer going to your store the y go else where, will I break Ebays term and condition.
