Arming myself for the war of Dropship!

Dear experienced Sir/Madm, as I'm arming myself now in preparation for the war of dropshipping items from aliexpress to be sold in ebay, I have the following questions for your guidance pls:

1) How to allow customers to track their goods without me doing any manual update to them via my supplier? If not, does it mean that I (reseller) has to do it manually? Only checking on behalf of them & get back to them upon receiving updates from my supplier?

2) Can restocking fees still be imposed upon return goods that are defective/not as described? Yes it may sound unreasonable for genuine cases but my aim is to protect myself from scammers/abusers.

3) Is there an automated way for ebay to constantly update the quantities of my available goods based on my supplier's updated quantities of available goods? Or do I have to manually check my supplier webpage & then update my ebay product page again?

    On eBay its harder to automate these things than in a custom online shop. Its API allows less direct communication than if you do it through a custom online shop.

    Oberlo is a great plugin to do this stuff, but as far as I know there is no eBay version yet.
