HELP NEEDED IN LISTING Multilingual eBook for sale on Amazon

How are you? We have a book on Amazon that is in 15 languages. However the book is ALWAYS in English and french along with a third additional language (because it is trilingual). In other words, while constantly in three languages, the book has two constant languages and with one that changes depending on the edition. What we need is the perfect clear and concise description for our books on amazon listing that tells people exactly what the book is and what is so special about it. From just a glance viewers should be able to see that the book is trilingual with English and french being a constant and that the difference between the different editions is the additional language such as Russian or Spanish. Right now when people see the book they simply see the Spanish edition (for example) and assume it is only in Spanish. Or the Russian edition and think it's only in Russian. We want it to be clear that the book is not only in Russian, or Spanish, but in English french and that foreign language as well.
How do i go about listing the title or description to ensure the right message is always out there for intending buyers?
