Hi WF, I would REALLY appreciate some advise and guidance.

I have started my own ebusiness through shopify which is paid advertising through facebook. It is basically offering free products + shipping based.

I get a lot of engagement and have only ever made one sale. For instance, i have 4 ads up running now for the one product targeting different segments of the audience and get a lot of click throughs on my site.

https://phaross.com/collections/golf...tional-trainer

I have used this product and i have 100 unique visitors clicking through but nobody is making any purchases, i have had these experiences with a few products now.

I am a UK company so that my currency is showing in GBP but i target a USA based audience, would paying in GBP put them off? Could this be a reason?

The only way i can offer USD is if i use paypal only?

Spending TONS of money on ads on different products an seeing no real results.

THANK YOU

The GDP could be throwing them off.

It also depends on your targeting, ads, etc. But without more info it's hard to help. I'd start by changing the currency to USD if you can.

I could only change to USD through shopify if i used PayPal only and the moment i did i got a sale. So it has made a huge difference just a pitty i can only use PayPal as a payment method.

You can check the shopify forum and can ask to their expert.

    Hi,

US, Georgia here. Just went to your site. As an avid golfer. I'm not sure I'd be on board with
this trainer, but I've been golfing since I was 9 yo. I see the benefit of the outcome, it just seems
like I would need someone to let me know I'm practicing with it correctly and getting the proper results.

Also, I'm not sure what the price of the trainer is as it looks like it's $0.00, then $29.99 with a strike through. Is it free? It is confusing.

I realize I didn't answer your immediate question, just a POV from a potential Golf customer.

Best of luck to you always.

How are you making money giving away the product?

Is it the old ebay scam, sell something for $1 and charge $87 shipping when shipping actually cost $5?

Whatever you're doing you need a demonstration video for the product/link in OP.

Yukon makes a valid point even if wording it a bit iffy. I suspect you are using the free + shipping model however the page you link to is confusing.

You mention its free, but you really need to put in the description that you have to pay shipping. Currently you don't.

Also, in the top right you offer free shipping to US/UK. This again is more confusing.

This is one product where an instructional video would be beneficial.

Pick a niche. Your store is confusing.

What is your store about? You sell baby stuff, women stuff, men stuff, GOLF stuff (???) and more, all by using a pretty empty and non-memorizable appearance.

Then, where do you show your customers that they have to pay shipping? Do they get the hint after checkout or do you really give it away for free aiming for an upsell? People might think that something is going on there, especially since the product has nothing to do with your overall store. Plus, the pictures and general product page could be a little bit more enticing and informational.

I made a video about product descriptions a few days ago, maybe you are interested:
Then you should really proceed by choosing a certain niche and sticking to it. Yes, great variety may seem like more potential sales, but in reality its just a tiny, totally neglectable piece of a giant cake, whereas you should prefer getting a nice chunk of a cookie.

Hope it helps, good luck with your store man!
