Hello guys, I'm new here becouse Im looking for help.
Last year I have starte my dropshipping bussiness on ebay selling nike, adidas shoes. Was making some good money there, and somehow after 5 months ebay blocked my account Had 400+ possitive feedbacks and account was created in 2004.

Had no idea that it will happen to me, becouse there are so many people who sells shoes on ebay in same way... 2 weeks ago I was so happy, it was like a financial freedom for me, as I never had so much money.

So now im looking for any help, who can suggest me what to do now. Have tried with ecommerce shop, but cant get any sales becouse facebook do not aproove branded ads.

I Have very good dropshipper, he send all those shoes directly for my customers with original box, invoice list with checques with original stamps and high prices on them, so it looks like shoes was bought in official store. Quality is 1:1. Customers was really happy with it. For e.g they paid me 200$ for nike jordans so i had 120$ profit from a single sale ! On lucky days i had 4-6 sales.

Just asking for a little help, some suggestions, what should i do now ? How to get sales ? I can also share my dropshipper, maybe you will find it usefull..

Sorry for my bad english.

You're selling counterfeit items by the sounds of it. You can not sell brand name items without a license to do so from the brand. Same goes for other logo products like Disney and sports team jerseys and so on.

You were most likely shut down on ebay by a complaint from one of the shoe companies.

Selling counterfeit items won't last. In the end, you're always going to get shut down. You're lucky that you're not facing legal trouble from adidas and nike.

Yeah, you gave no details about where you were getting these items but if they are being dropshipped from China, there is a 100% chance that they are counterfeit. Do not be surprised when you get a letter in the mail from Nike's attorney!

I'd love to see who the dropshipper is!

Yep, a clear sign they are selling illegal goods.

I think I'd just write that up to experience and move on. As others have said its very doubtful that the goods are genuine and ebay doesn't just ban well established accounts like yours without reason. Having said that there are plenty of people making money on ebay dropshipping white label products so I'd just look into selling something else.

    Good luck

Its easy to make money illegally (which I assume you did since the stuff was most likely counterfeit). So be happy that they only closed your account without Nike or Adidas leaving you with a fine that even your grandchildren will have to pay for.

I agree. Some brands like Hasbro will shut you down in seconds. Not the best way to go broke heheh...

Have to admit I didn't catch the likelihood of counterfeit product when I initially read the post so it was educational for me too. Kudos to the savvy responders!

Maybe it might be a good idea to contact the brand whose items you are selling. Many brands these days have big brand protections departments to deal with this sort of thing. It is possible Nike or Adidas IP officers contacted ebay to ban your account for reselling goods without a license. These companies also often have security labels to protect from these thing such as CertiEye and Avery

Your niche seems to be "fashion" or smaller "watches". I personally think you should forget being salesy and focus on marketing a lifestyle. Start with one social media platform, get to know it, use it as it suppose to be used (very important) and move to the next. Give 9, ASK 1... Check Gary Veynerchuck on Youtube. People are way to insensitive for advertising or salesy intentions.

First of all, sounds like you were doing great! But, the only caveat when selling branded items is this little thing called "Trademark". Looks like you hit the radar as soon as your pricing was better than the actual brands eBay page, causing them to lose sales, so the brands had to get rid of you.

But don't give up! Just because you were stopped by the big brands as you were growing, doesn't mean what you're doing is wrong. On the contrary, dropshipping is a proven method that works. Keep doing what you're doing, but with safer products.

Maybe your own apparel brand? Dropshipping apparel? Dropshipping your own apparel brand? Seems too good to be true I know (dropshipping your own apparel brand) but it is true. Check out these guys Clothing Dropshippers - Automated Dropshipping Program
