Where Can I Buy Videos to advertise My Niche?

It sounds kind of far fetch but i have seen two of "my competitors" using the same video to advertise on the same niche. I have gone to place like graphicriver and gettyimages but was not lucky.

Does anyone know if there's a page online that might sell videos for different niches?
