Hello.

Who can you recommend as a payment gateway for non-US and EU businesses?

Not Paypal, 2co, Neteller, Skrill.

I'm aware of quite a few others of course, but who do you use?

If you can't use PayPal or 2CO, I doubt there is anything out there for you. They'll take almost anyone!

Dave, you know that Paypal isn't available in all countries, and to only offer Paypal as a payment option to clients is very limiting.

Also, 2co does not support all products for example supplements.

Yes, I do know that. What I was trying to say is that if those two are not available, there is not going to be much if anything available. A region has to have a pretty bad record of fraud for PayPal to decide to not do business with an entire country!

If it is not the region, it is quite often the product that causes payment processors to shy away from a website (i.e. supplements). Processing companies' first job is to protect themselves against chargebacks, fraud and liability lawsuits.

I also agree that you should have multiple payment selections. If you are in one of those countries that nobody wants to do business with or you are selling products on a blacklist, you're lucky to get one!

We work with a high risk processing company but even they have a long list of countries they will not do business with and a long list of products they will not touch.

We use PayPal , Amazon payments Stripe, Squareup and payoneer too which is great as we are in the UK these are the best we have found but be careful when choosing yours look at what they charge per transaction because it mounts up if you get a lot of orders so find the best deal but those are what we use from the uk. Hope it helps

Just go to that link: https://www.shopify.ca/payment-gateways

And find the ones in your country. If you can use Stripe, I would recommend going with them.
