New eCommerce Audit Software, Features Opinion?

Hi guys,

I am just after some opinions on an ecommerce website auditing software that I am developing.

Essentially, I am sick of auditing software programs like SEMRush, SEO Powersuite, etc. not catering towards ecommerce websites. They will audit your online store exactly the same as they would your local mechanic. The result is an inaccurate or vague report.

I have invested a lot of time and money in developing a new software that will specifically focus on ecommerce websites. It will check all SEO factors like broken links, image alt tags, page errors, etc. but also focus on layout and conversion optimization strategies.

It will do this by distinguishing each page categorically - homepage, products page, checkout page, contact page, etc. and check a range of layout factors like content above the fold, each page structured correctly, to ecommerce-specific conversion optimization techniques like the size an color of "Add to Card" buttons, whether you have enough images for each product, enough text in product descriptions, ease of checkout process, and literally hundreds of factors.

The result will be a report that you can schedule to run each week, download as PDF, auto-email to your developer, or anything else.

What I would like to hear from you is;

1. Is this a software that you would be interested in using and would it provide benefit to your business?

2. Do you have any suggestions or concerns with the above ideas?

This would be very helpful as we are looking to launch in the next couple of months, and would like to tailor the software specifically for the needs of ecommerce store managers.

Thanks in advance for your input!

David
