I want to know if there is any platform or tool to import products from unkown cms website into my open cart ecommerce.

    I haven't researched it for you but have you checked the Opencart marketplace?

    There are a few good developers there who have a variety of modules or extensions.

    One I can recommend are the team at isenselabs.

    You can look them up. They may not have just what you need but if I needed some custom work done they would be one of the teams I'd ask to work or code for me.

    We use a few of their modules on several OC websites and they do good stuff.

    If you haven't already got their Nitropack running you are missing out.

    Have you asked in the OC forums?

    Whenever we've had to import products we've had to do a bit of database work with renaming some of the fields and matching things up to the OC database. It is a bit of work but we've done it between our own properties where it has been necessary.
