Hello,

I've created an Amazon FBA account, however my account ha been suspended just after creation. I contacted Amazon sellers support on phone , and they asked me to send an email to sellers-performance team with a proof document of my address. I did this several times , but i didnt get any answer from them since more than 3 months now .

Can anyone help me in this matter ?

Thanks in advance.

    You have provided zero details.

Usually, an account gets suspended because it is selling items that are against Amazon's TOS (which could range from dangerous items to age-restricted items to ones that appear to be counterfeit) or it could be your address.

The only time address usually plays a role is if you have signed up for their affiliate program. There are many places - even in the United States - that cannot be part of that program.

Of course, nobody here is going to give you the definitive answer that Amazon could. Sometimes, you just have to wait for their answer or become such a PITA, they finally answer you.

As i mentioned , the account has been suspended just after creation , so no listing yet.

I am not aware that some locations in the US can not be part of the amazon FBA program !! do you have any reference for that ?

      Thanks.

Actually, what I said is that there are many states where you can not be part of their AFFILIATE program. I've never heard of such a thing for FBA. FBA means Fulfilment By Amazon - using Amazon's warehouse to ship your items. It has nothing to do with Amazon.com.

As suggested above Amazon is where you will get your answer. Keep contacting them until you get their answer and then proceed from there. I have generally found Amazon's seller support to be very helpful and easy to work with. However I have found that the sellers-performance team to be unresponsive to the emails sent to them.

Something is wrong with this whole scenario. FBA has nothing to do with being a seller or needing to be approved by Amazon. You buy a bunch of products, store it in Amazon's warehouse and when you get an order (however you get it), you provide them with the order information, customer's shipping address and they ship them for you. It has nothing to do with selling on Amazon or even having a website of your own. It is a warehouse that stores and ships your products for you, that's it.

I'm not sure why you would have to prove your location since nothing about this has to do with where you are physically located. Then again, how hard is to prove your location?

I thought that someone needs to be amazon seller to use Amazon FBA ? isnt that true?

Absolutely not. You can simply use their fulfillment center and never sell on Amazon at all. It is the third question down on this page - https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...deId=200240380
