Please do not waste your money on a dropship directory/service. Do it the right way and contact the actual brand that you want to carry. If they will not dropship, ask them for the contact information for their distributors or places that buy in large bulk. Those places dropship quite often.

I know it is scary for most people, but you need to actually pick up the phone and speak to people. If not, you'll get horrible "wholesale" prices and never be able to compete.

Instead of drop shipping, why not build your own brand? You can contact the manufacturer, have them add your logo, add your specific change to the product to make it unique, add your own packaging, and be unique in your marketing approach that builds YOUR brand, not the product?

Don't ever pay for a dropshipping account or membership!
Real wholesalers/dropshippers won't make you pay, but they will ask you for your resale# and/or tax id#. Daves advice is solid!
