Quick JVZoo questions from a noob :P

Brand new to all this JVZoo stuff. I'll keep it simple.

I can sell my product on there (I run an SaaS website) but I need to develop it's own sales page specifically for JVZoo right?

In terms of after a sale through JVZoo, do I manually have to give the user access on the product site if they signed up from JVZoo ? --- If I don't build a system that auto does it

Basically from the looks of setting up the product, I'll basically be selling the same product from two different places and one place I have to manually get them started AFTER the sale (Jvzoo) more or less right?

I can offer affiliates residual sales that's all done automatic from jvzoo?
- on this, when someone cancels they'll be cancelling from jvzoo and I have to manual do the refund right?

This is what i can think of off head, I'm sure I'll have more questions.

I'm just looking to build my affiliation side to the company. I sell a video marketing service via my site and looking to expand hardcore.

I already setup an affiliate network within the site already, but this is another avenue I'm looking to branch out but knowing there is a lot more work involve, etc.

Thanks!

    Hopefully this answers your questions:

"I can sell my product on there (I run an SaaS website) but I need to develop it's own sales page specifically for JVZoo right?"

Yes, you need to create a sales page. (That's a given with any processor you use). You only actually have ONE sales page - with the JVZoo Buy Button on it.

If people see it "from" or "on" Jvzoo, they are actually coming to *Your* website/sales page to buy.

JVZoo is simply a middle man/type payment processor, so your affiliates can be paid quickly.

You should actually only have ONE sales page for all. You don't need multiples.

"In terms of after a sale through JVZoo, do I manually have to give the user access on the product site if they signed up from JVZoo ? --- If I don't build a system that auto does it"

That depends. If you put your SAAS inside a members area (which I HIGHLY recommend or you'll have fraudulent users accessing and sharing it unless you have high security in place) - then you have to supply the sign up link through jvzoo.

It CAN be automated so you don't have to manually enter each person. It's in the jvzoo instructions and tutorials.

No that's not right. You're selling in ONE place - YOUR site. JVZoo is just a button / payment processing method as I explained above.

Yes, affiliates are automatically paid by jvzoo IF you have them on auto-pay. If you have them on delayed, you will need to go in and manually process their commissions after 30, 60 or whatever days you set it at. (30 is usually good).

If a person cancels - you don't have to refund unless you choose to. I run several SAAS and membership sites using jvzoo as the processor.

We tell subscribers they need to notify us at least 2 business days in advance of account cancellations to ensure we have a chance to actually stop further billing for them. (It's easy - but if they submit on a weekend when I'm not online, then I won't see it).

I *ONLY* refund a payment on these if they had in fact asked for cancellation prior to the billing and I didn't see it, *OR* within the first 24 hours of the payment coming out.

Otherwise, I simply cancel further billing and notify them that they have access until whatever date that the next billing would be due.

JVZoo is not complicated - and it's *THE BEST* method for monitoring recurring billing out of all the processors I've seen and tested (so far).

    Hope this helps.

Extremely but still creates more questions for the relation between selling via the JVzoo button and my site. I still have to manually enter them if thats the case.

I'd like to know more deeper into this. If you have a few mins, I'd like to ask a few technical side questions. Send me a PM. Thanks
