Dropshipping inventory software trials are ending and I haven't made a buck dropshipping on ebay?

I have the premium ebay account which let's me list 1,000 items per month. Right now I can list about $20,000 monthly. Well, I am sort of trapped at the moment. Sales have been super slow lately. I haven't sold anything in almost a week. I tried a few dropshipping inventory tracking tools but my free trials ended before I could even list more. I reached the selling limit of $20,000 before I could even take full advantage of these tools. I have around 600 physical products that are mine, and about 200 dropship items. I am just afraid of listing more dropship items and wasting all my listings for the month.

I already called ebay to request higher selling limits but they just said I had to wait till the end of the month. I am not sure if I should start a separate account to dropship my items. I am worried about my feedback since it is at 250 ratings 100% right now. I know it's not a lot but I really don't want to start all over again or mess it up. I am also skeptical about purchasing any software right now since I haven't made a penny from dropshipping and I would only be losing money paying for software when I have limits and I'm not making anything from it.

I'm not sure how to get around this. I feel kind of trapped honestly. I have been listing best selling items with a high rating at a somewhat competitive price but still nothing. Maybe I should lower the price and make less profit ?Or maybe I should focus on selling my physical items and do dropship later when I have a little more money to invest on software ? It all just seems so complicated at the moment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Honestly, I don't even know what a dropshipping tool is. If it is some easy way to import a bunch of products that everybody in the world can also do, it's a pretty tough game to play.

If it is easy, there is too much competition driving down profits.

Do dropshipping the right way - with no automated tools. Contact the manufacturers and get accounts with them or at least their main distributors. No tool I have ever seen can do that (although they all lie and tell you they do). Add the best, most profitable products manually and build relationships with great suppliers of great, brand name products.

That, or waste your time competing with the millions who think there is actually an easy way to succeed in eCommerce (or anything in life). Ecommerce dropshipping isn't necessarily hard; there are many small, yet simple steps to being successful. It all starts with choosing the right product niche and getting the best suppliers. If you don't do that, your chances at success are pretty small.
