Pricing problem ! help :D

Hello, so i started using Oberlo from some time, I have a little problem I'm facing .so im importing product from China and they cost btw 8-9 and go up to 25-30 usually in the cheap products that cost like 10 or so ...I add like 25$ to the normal price and I feel it looks so normal but the more expensive ones if I do the same it looks like more expensive like 50 or more.. which I don't think it looks okay, I don't know if I should use the general pricing rules because I really want to make some nice profit since it's my 1st store and I don't wanna overprice my items as well and make them look really expensive . any help ?

    The market dictates your prices, not some arbitrary markup you decide you'd like to get. See what the top sites ranking for your products are charging. That's where your prices need to be.

      thank you for your informative answer dave , much apperciated ill check how others price this products and make proper changes thx , just little question , if i see big prices difference in the market which one u think i should go for ?

        The places with the top exposure dictate the price. We look at the prices of the top 2-3 places in organic search for various products, the prices being displayed for them in Google Shopping and the prices on Amazon.

    if your store is new or at beginners stage you should set a low commision price then market(Like 10% on all products). It surely Boost Your Sales Too If The Buyer Know About Market price of the products you're selling.

    Hey dude, I think the idea of making good benefits, is not bad, but you should keep in mind that first of all, you should focus on getting more leads, not about the money first, and then later only, you could try so see how visited is your store, and how fast are your products getting sell, then, you will know how to deal with the prices issues!! as you know what we say about the law of the supply and demand right? think about it dude!
