How to write privacy policy, disclaimer,terms and conditions?

Hi,

I am starting ecommerice business selling electronics items on my own website. My customers will be based in South East Asia.

How to write privacy policy, legal disclaimer, T&C etc...?

Is there any template or predefined contents, which I can reuse?.

    I use a wordpress plugin called Legal Suite Pro. It automatically generates all of the legal pages you would likely need for your website.

    I'm not a lawyer and this obviously not legal advice. I have no idea what the legal requirement are in South East Asia. Make sure you research the laws in your area and perform your due diligence before you put any legal pages on your site.

    Take a look at what your competition has for their TOS, etc. and rewrite them in your own words. They have been in business long enough to have constructed policies that work for that particular niche.

    If you are using Shopify, they help you with most of the legal pages.
    When you sell on your website, you just write them or pay someone to write them for you.
