Hello,

What happens in the following situation. Your buyer from Ebay wants a return from the product that he has purchased from you.
1 He ships the product to your home or ebay business address

OR
2. The supplier wall mart amazon won`t refund you your money back? What do you do than a bad review is not an option are you then out 20$ or what ever the product cost?

    Best course is refund their money. Then move on to the next customer. Unless the product is broken, then offer a trade for new one. Most likely they will want the money or cancel credit card or paypal transaction.

    If Amazon or Walmart will not refund your money you are out of look. Bite the built on both then move on.

    Walmart and Amazon are not suppliers, they are retailers. This is what happens when you try to run this ridiculous business model. You are stuck in the middle and the only thing you can do is give the customer a refund and eat the loss.
