Woocommerce and multi currency

Hello and thanks in advance. I have a client that uses woocommerce and has asked me (since she handles transaction with more than one currency) to drop USD into a US account and CAD transactions into a Canadian account.

As far as I know this is not handled by the woocommerce plugin but by the payment processor? Am I right?
