AliExpress experience

Hi everyone,

I made a couple of order using AliExpress and this morning my order finally arrived (it has been held by customs of my country ; Belgium) and so when it arrives, the delivery guy informs that I have to pay 75 euros which is like 40% of the cost of the actual package (phone of 180 euros).

I'm relatively new to AliExpress and I was wondering if I could do something in this cas to either reduce the fee or cancel everything (I don't have my order right now because I didn't had the money on me)
ie: Can I simply leave it as it right in the post office wait 20 days and open a dispute ?

Any suggestions based on previous experiences ?

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read my problem, have a good day

You'd really need to check the Terms & Conditions of the place you ordered from. You can definitely refuse a package and have it returned to sender but they may not issue you a refund at all, based on their policies (and even if they say that there is something like a 25% restocking charge on their site, there is no guarantee that you will get any money back - you are dealing with China, after all).
