How to deal with tax when i dropship from Aliexpress?

Okay guys,

I want to drophip a low cost item.
I selected my niche however, how should i handle tax? I live in the Netherlands but i want to sell to EU and probably USA. But most items will be shipped from. China

    I think the best way is to ask a accountant in your country, ask him, pretty sure he knows how to deal with it.

    The only businesses required to remit sales taxes in the USA are businesses that are in the USA and even then, they are only required to remit state sales taxes for customers who have ordered from the state that their business is in.

    As far as customs goes, you definitely want something in your T.O.S. that says that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties that may or may not be charged by their country.
