How to sell ebooks without being scammed?

Hello, I own an affiliate website in the cooking niche and I was thinking to sell a digital ebook (that I'm writing) filled of recipes.
In order to prepare the recipes, they must own the products I'm promoting with affiliate, so I think my ebook will be pretty related to the topic.

Anyway, I've read there are many scammers out there ready to scam sellers for digital products. I don't want this, so may you please share your tips in order to not being scammed? It's my first time in selling a digital items so I know nothing. Every single tips it's appreciated for me. I was thinking to sell the ebook through Stripe + Paypal. Please tell me what do you think about it. Thank you.

    I've used e-Junkie for 10+ years. While I'm currently looking for a new provider, it's merely because their shopping cart interface with Analytics is not tracking well.

    I've had a few problems with e-Junkie before, but they're still tolerable, so I think, I'll still go for it, since I haven't tried better options. -Micah
