What is the best place to buy online courses to resell?

I'm looking to sourcing online courses to resell on my website (now it's under construction with its own learning management system called Lifterlms on WordPress)

My target customers are South Koreans who can learn onine courses in English, mainly interested in exam preps, industry-related certifications such as IT, design, business ares at their 20s to 50s.
I happend to find several portals who have their own reseller programs with diverse membership fees, but I'm not sure at all if it will work well.

I'm thinking of contacting to a few instructors on Udemy expecting some of whom may make tweaks and sell their course to me for resale on my website

Can anyone recommend good sources of online course resellers?

    It takes a ton of time, expertise and writing ability to create an excellent online course. I cannot imagine anybody creating such a thing and then letting someone else make all of the money from it. There may very well be some courses you can buy outright and resell but I cannot imagine that they are very good.

    It seems to me that the best approach is to create a site that has affiliate links to courses. Practically every course has an affiliate program you could join and make some passive income. In fact, online courses usually have the some of the best affiliate commissions there is.
