Kids T-shirt lines and Printful

I am new to T-shirt business, eCommerce and Printful. I did not find any content on online on how to start a Kids T-shirt line using fulfillment companies like Printful. I was wondering if this is a no-go zone. Here are some questions I have.
1. Parents don't buy t-shirts for their kids online due to size issues
2. Profit margins are low for kids compared to adults (on printful margin is 7 for kids 10 for adults)
Can anyone redirect me to content on how to start kids T-shirt line using Printful or give some advice.

    I didn't find any content that would guide you on how to start an eCommerce site with Printful. But I do have some experience setting up Printful with WooCommerce.

    If your eCommerce site is running on WooCommerce, you can connect your WooCommerce site to Printful. You could add your product to your WooCommerce site and sync the product on Printful.

    Any order made on your site will be sent to Printful for processing automatically.

    This doesn't make any sense considering businesses sell billions of dollars worth of kids clothes online.

    Look at sites like Lolly Wolly Doodle, they sell mostly kids clothes (100% online). BTW, it's a newer multi-million dollar business all by itself.

    Use to manage brick and mortar souvenir shop which we had t-shirts sweats etc and we sold far more kids clothes.If the shirts have great sayings they sell and I find parents less worried about size for their kids than buying for themselves(usually buy bigger size as they grow).So even online you'll do well with it if sayings are good.We use to buy ours from company already printed for $2.50 a shirt with no minimums.
    Stuff about Mom or Dad or Grandma and Grandpa they love it.

    you guys are awesome. Thanks for the reply. Do you think 25-30$ price range including shipping is ok to attract customers.

    Further, how do I find trends or what kids/parents like. This is research aspect of the business i guess.

      Read the link I've already posted, Do the research on other businesses (I've already posted).

      When you understand what other businesses are doing and how they've started (already posted the best example) then your have the majority of your answers.
