Frustrated trying to get ungated in Groceries. I'm trying to sell my own organic spice brand in this gated category which I'll private label.

For some reason, I can't request an approval for the "Grocery" category. I can only request to sell under an already established brand/listing there or request approval for dietary supplements. Is the "Grocery" category closed for new sellers? What's up with that?

    I have trouble to get ungated for a product, as well, my category is topical. The most frustrating for me is that Amazon never provide any detail of why they rejected. After I got rejected for 2 times, my team decided to pay for an ungating service, cause we don't want to keep blindly fixing docs and reopening the request.
    The service cost about 600-800$. Now, my case is still in the process, I'll update this thread again once I get the outcome.
