    Depending where you are located. Try Craigslist, Backpage, become a seller on Amazon. Or on your own website if you have not invested in one yet. Just a few places to consider.

    First of all, try to sell phones on big platform like amazon, ebay etc. After, If you are not getting results from this then, make your own website and go for seo, and paid promotion in Social media platform like facebook.

    It depends on OPs GEO location.

    Look at Craigslist ads for the entire country of Sweden (example). It's a ghost town... and I doubt many people in North America want phones from Sweden.
