For those of you doing well in e-commerce (6+ figures per year), what are your biggest struggles?

Getting new customers? Following up on the backend (email)?? Anything else???

    It's not as easy as it used to be to rank well. You used to be able to point a ton of easy to get, crappy backlinks at a site and rank fairly quickly. Nowadays, it is more about content quality, user experience and backlink quality so it is much more time consuming and takes far longer to get a site to rank well in competitive industries.
