Our restaurant needs to have a bilingual website in both English and Chinese. we currently do delivery and take-out orders, trying to finding a good solution to allow order online rather than phone calls. We don't know which local geek company can help. We are small restaurant, can't pay too much money, say something like $1000 would be feasible?

Quick question are you in the US or another country ? If you are in the US you could have a domain company like Namecheap do a whole set up for you. Domain name, hosting and they can do the website for a set fee that should be in reason.

Also you may want to set up 2 different order pages on your site. 1 in English the other in Chinese.

Hello!! in order to make a website you'll need two things:

    1.- A domain name.
    2.- A Hosting Provider.

Some Hosting Providers even give you the domain name for free when you sign up with them, but you absolutely need to get in touch with someone who knows how to build a website. If you want more info or guidance send me a PM!

a heard from friend who works in a restaurant in said that they just launched their online ordering website which was done by a Vancouver based tech company, seems pretty good system, they spent around $1000 to have their multi-language website up and running in a few days. I'm not sure about the the company name, you may look at the restaurant's website
www.hotdelivery.ca, you may able to find a clue from there
