Small Wholesale or Dropshipping Suppliers

Hi all

I have a bit of passion for healthy products,herbs ect. I will soon be setting up a website that will contain lots of free information for people to use, however, i also wanted to offer products that are organic basis to complement my website. I am looking for suppliers that will provide smaller wholesale or even dropshipping in organic products, health, herb and make up based, in the UK, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be a super start for me.

    As always, my recommendation is to figure out which specific products you want to carry and then contact those brands directly. If they will not sell in small bulk or dropship, they will often give you the contact information for their distributors who often do.

    Hooking up with a place claiming to be a dropship directory is always a recipe for bad products or bad "wholesale" prices (or both).

    Honestly i recomed getting a list of brands then reaching out to them and asking them if they could support drop shipping for the first 3 months or so to see if your customers like the product and then tell them that you will be buying in bulk down the road!

    I advice you to contact sellers Directly in Alibaba or aliexpress.
    or you can do dropshipping of products from amazon/Bangood/Ebay...

      I just have to wonder how many consumers out there are likely to buy generic nutritional, health or organic products/supplements shipped from China. I know I sure wouldn't!

      In this niche, brand name is important.

      Believe me, the average American is not going to trust any of those type of products shipped from India, either. (What can I say? I can either be politically correct or tell it like it really is.)

      We are talking about things to improve someone's health. Some are things you actually ingest. Many people are very leery of using products like that from a company they have never heard of and especially suspicious of products made in foreign countries that are not overseen by the FDA. They may very well feel like instead of improving their health, they may be doing something harmful to it.

      I'm not saying ALL people will feel that way, but don't be surprised at all if a large percentage does.

    Wholesale is buying from the supplier and selling to a customer who in turn will resell the product to an end consumer usually at/around MSRP.

    Dropship is a term used to signify that the product being shipped is not coming from your warehouse, yet a 3rd party location that will ship on your behalf. Vice versa, if you are the fulfillment house, e-commerce companies will come to you and ask you to ship your product when they send you an e-commerce order, typically in the form of a packing slip and shipping label.

    So to answer which is better can be difficult, as like I said above you have the ability to be both at the same time.
