What Are The Chances to Succeed in Ecommerce in 2018?

So, I've decided I want to get into Ecommerce. I've been reading a lot about it, got into some forums and am in the process of launching my first store.

Something interesting / scary I've noticed after reading a large number of posts, from multiple different forums: pretty much 90+% of the stores / websites posted in them are dead - which means the business failed.

So, I'm pondering, how hard is it actually to start from zero in 2018 in Ecommerce?

    You can try Dropshipping.

According to the search results of Oberlo, the total sales amount and the number of businessmen in dropshipping are increasing year by year in most areas of the world.
Chinabrands is an established leading global drop shipping platform that goes with offering thousands of the most popular products .

It's no harder than it was in 2017 or in 2016. I think 90% is a little high but I would certainly believe an 80% failure rate. It's 80/20 rule stuff that applies to almost everything in life.

80% of people really don't put the effort into what they are doing, thinking they can just toss up a site and the money will just roll in. They make a lame try or two and quit. Like anything in life, the people who succeed are the 20% who try much harder than the other people.
