My shopping website has suffered from no sales. Please view it what's problem. I used Facebook Ads and spent a lots of money on it without any results. Also used Google Ads, Google Ads is more expensive and less effective. I am also using affiliate marketing company to generate sales. But, yet there's no sales. How to overcome?

How can I make digital marketing effective? What to do convert Facebook ads? Please view my website and advice. My website's link is on first hyperlink.

    Here's what i see....

    1. The index page is mostly filled with a view of a mall store...is this site a company available offline as well as online....or is this an internet store only?

    2. Some good looking products (the photos)...no explanation for TWO USD prices listed for each item.

    3. NO descriptions - no info on what the fabric is (cotton, polyster, rayon....) and no written description of the products. No care/laundry instructions.

    4. No sizing charts. Clearly, this is not a US based site - just as clear, it is not an English based site. Without measurements to help find proper size, I doubt you will have US sales.

    5. There are no reviews of any product that i found - clicking on 'quick info' just gives visitor a bigger photo of the product and nothing else.

    6. Refund policy is long and complex - you over explain.. expecting someone to return an item and THEN learn if they can have a refund...is ridiculous.

US buyers (the ones I know at least) are becoming resistent to new 'women's wear' sites. In the past 2-3 years there has been a proliferation of non-US sites (mainly from Asian countries)- selling cheap clothing. The site photos look great - but the fabirc is poor, the sizes are strange and the clothing is cheaply made. In addition, these stores offer tricky refund policies.

Sorry - but you did ask...

It is an online store, products are mostly made in China while some of them are from the West. It is not a US-based store, it is a UK-based store (but I am from Saudi Arabia) focusing on sales in the Middle East and India. I'm receiving high add-to-carts and Initiate Checkouts but no final conversion.

Thank you for your advice, I'll try to improve the store. I have launched this business recently. I am posting description whatever I am receiving from suppliers.

I'll try to switch the store into Branded products to avoid China-made products in future.

    Hi Arif,

    Kay offers great advice buddy.

My advice: what skills have you developed? How many hours have you spent:

    - studying ad copy?
    - writing diligently to gain confidence and clarity, so potential buyers trust your site?

How many friendships have you built with other folks in your niche? To learn from them? To get referrals?

How intimately do you know your potential customers?

How frequently do you publish helpful content through your blog and YouTube channel, to prove you know your stuff in regards to the products you sell?

Answer those questions honestly. You will see: sales flow to skilled entrepreneurs who genuinely put in the time to master their craft.

I'm in the UK. Very difficult to make a buying decision with a site
I know nothing about. How do I know that I'll get what I ordered?

You are competing with a gazillion other sources where I can buy this stuff
so it's easy for me to buy from somewhere I've heard of.

You picked an incredibly difficult market here.

I know that. Problem for you is...if you think that fact solves the problem of why I might not have faith in the site you're doomed.

I'm not being unkind when I say this. You have too much competition.

If you'd said sales had been good then trickled away that points to one probelm.....but to have no sales at all...that really should tell you all you need to know.

This is a pretty difficult niche to stand out in - especially when many of the major, known websites now offer free return shipping for items that are returned.

There's just nothing special here. Unless you are selling something truly fabulous that can't be bought anywhere else, I'd reconsider this niche.

    hello, Arif,
i see you have some porblems with your site.
the first problem i see is with the description,
second i see you have sale's on your offers but try to put a count down for the sale that way you add scarsity.
3rd try to make your page picture smaller a lot smaller,
4th add more payment mettods not only paypal, that way your store is not looking as legit as it could be.
and finally try marketing with instagram influencers, its a good way to start , that way you build a data that you can use in facebook ads
    hope it helps ,,

There is multiple payments option such as Apple Pay, Stripe, Paypal, Coinbase Commerce. If you hit the button more payment options you will notice it.

I'll try to use Instagram. Thank you.

Nice store outlook, I will advise you create a blog and write SEO rich content on regular basis about your website. Remember everything takes time, it is normal in some cases not to make a sale in your first two months upon lunch. it is part of the online hustle

    This looks interesting enough.

My approach is a different from the traditional SEO or AdWords approach, but it is related to SEO.

What I do as part of my work is that I work with helping white-collar professionals get their business on very high-authority media sites, and drive traffic to their sites that way, and conveying great authority in the eyes of Google.

At this very moment, I'm looking to experiment with the e-commerce niche. The idea came to me 4 days ago.

It would be SO exciting, but I haven't had anyone yet to test it out. I would prefer to chat with you and see what you would prefer to promote in something particular you're selling that is just that bit special or unique.

Your website is boring and very generic; consider more enticing headlines, one of your headlines is "men's suits" this for example could be expanded to something with more brand identity and a USPs for examples "discounted high quality fashionable men's suits" that's just an example it's not the best example; you should spend time on your headlines you know better than anyone and you know it's strengths you should seek to highlight these strengths in your headlines. Two more feedback for you; your logo is a tad ugly and unprofessional to be honest, and you could benefit from an "about" page

    Hi,
I visited your website and I found so many errors on it so you need to improve some things:-
    • Title tag' s length is too long so make it short
    • Use the <h1> tag in your website because it is important
    • Make your website mobile friendly so that any of the mobile's user can easily see or crawl your website.
    • Create more backlinks so that it can increase the traffic on your website.

Instead of using the traditional website, have you tried selling a single product inside of a sales funnel?

The problem with running Facebook Ads to a website, with 1,001 different options to click on, is that the user gets distracted. I'm not sure what your ad looks like or what the offer is but I'm assuming you're sending them to a product page, no?

There lies the problem. It's just like shopping on Amazon. A lot of shiny objects that distract the user from completing a single action.

With a sales funnel, you'd have a single product on the landing page, which will more than likely help your conversion rate. Of course, MANY other factors go into the landing page, but the goal is to get them to convert on one single thing.
