hello warriors, I am glad to join the group and this is my first post ,I've just started E-comerce and
I have a question please, well.. when the customer buy from me I take all his information MANUALLY (the address, zip code ,..) then I send it to my supplier and that last ship it to my customer, so what if I get 1000 customers, my question is : instead of of putting in work for hours and do this operation MANUALLY what is the name of the software system that can do the work for me and thank so mush guys

There's a whole lot of reasons to NOT do something. It's a major reason that so many people never reach true success. They spend too much time creating "problems" that don't even exist and trying to find solutions to them instead of doing something to actually achieve success. You can talk yourself out of success very quickly by dreaming up problems that success will create.

That said, we NEVER automate order processing because we want to screen orders for potential fraud. Why not worry about how you are going to GET those dozens or hundreds or thousands of orders per day first? When/if it ever happens, you'll have a "problem" many people would be glad to have and one that could easily be farmed out to a VA. Until then, spending 2-3 minutes copying and pasting information for each order that comes in hardly seems like a colossal time burden.

Unfortunately, more and more, there are people using stolen credit card information to purchase things. We use either NoFraud or Signifyd to guarantee orders. They give them a pass or a fail and if it is a "pass", it means they will protect you and cover your loss if an order turns out to be fraud. If it is a "fail", we cancel the orders. We need to manually review those orders to see if they were given a pass or a fail before submitting them to our suppliers.

Even if you are selling low ticket items and you do not care about eating the cost of fraud, you can and will lose your payment processing account if too many orders are fraudulent.

    I am using ebay.

Then you need to be asking on an ebay forum in my opinion. Ebay has terms that sellers must adhere to.

Hi, if you reach the point of 1000 customers, you could always hire others to do your order processing!

    Good luck,
    Rick
