Finally Started My Dropshipping Store Still Waiting For My First Sale

I recently completed my dropshipping store and made it online;

but yet to receive my very first sale. I eventually put all my effort into it and tired to be in line for the conditions of SEO, writing titles and descriptions for all categories and products. AS they say content is the king and 50% of SEO is the content but in order to rank high on google we need to create backlinks as well from DA sites.

I was just thinking where I can get DA sites from and how to create backlinks from there ?

You don't "create" good backlinks, you earn them. You do that by finding sites that are related to your niche that link out to other sites and you see what type of stuff they like to link to. Then, you create that kind of stuff.

I would not get hung up on things like DA because it is a meaningless stat that search engines do not use. DA is a "best guess" on how search engines might view a website and a link from it. Concentrate more on earning links from places that are related to your site - places that even if they didn't have any SEO value would be great traffic sources. If you do that, I guarantee you that they will be better SEO links than unrelated ones from sites with a higher mythical DA score.

    Hello,

In my opinion, relying on SEO traffic for an e-commerce/dropshipping site is not a good idea.

These days Facebook ads and Instagram ads are effective.

If you're looking to go the free route, then you can focus 100% on Pinterest traffic.

    Good luck with your store

Facebook ads only work for a certain very small segment of eCommerce. For an ad to work on Facebook, it has to be for a "wow, I need that" kind of impulse buy product. Anything else doesn't work because NOBODY goes to Facebook looking to buy things (they search Google when they are looking to buy).

Additionally, Facebook ads only work for lower priced products. You will never run an effective ad campaign on Facebook for a product that sells for hundreds or thousands of dollars. Once things cost a bunch of money, they are no longer impulse purchases.

Likewise, even free traffic from any of the sources you cite are not likely to be effective for the reasons mentioned, above. No, they won't cost anything, but time is money.

SEO is really powerful in this.
But keep in mind one thing that every Keyword is not going to bring you sales.
Recently seen a thread and on that, you are not going to believe this thing that he is working on SEO from One year and still not able to get any sales.

Better is to make some strategy.
1- Test Keywords through Google Adwords.
If they would be able to make sales for you. Then work on that. Otherwise this is not a cool idea to go through and rank some keywords those who are not going to bring you any sales when they get ranked.

With the right marketing, you can sell almost anything so might also want to give more attention to that. Also if you want to reach a larger audience then ads can be really helpful. You can even try influencer marketing. In my experience, that's the strategy that has given me the fastest results (most of the times).

Social media presence is the most effective way to promote your business nowadays. A lot of businesses have been successful by taking advantage of social media sites to promote their products. You can spend a few amount of money to use Facebook Post booster, Twitter Quick Promote or any alike to promote your posts to a wider audience. Post relevant contents regularly to get more followers and viewers. Lead your social media followers offsite, to your own website through your boosted posts. Once your audience have left Facebook and landed on your website, you have all the power and flexibility of SEO and conversion rate optimization to use.
