Best payment processing for high volume of claims

Hi,

I have an ecommerce and I am looking for a payment processor that accepts visa / mastercard and that does not cause problems or charge me anything for claims. The page specifies that returns are not accepted, in addition to the user being subscribed to a monthly program with recurring payments, then there is a percentage of users who reject payments in automatic renewals. Which is the best provider so as not to have problems with the claims and at the same time allow these recurring monthly payments until the user unsubscribes?

Stripe for example is unfeasible because it discounts money for each claim regardless of whether it is right.

Many thanks

I've never heard of a payment processor that does not charge a fee for chargeback claims.

Anytime you are in a subscription payment situation, you are at risk of chargebacks and also of permanently losing your payment processor. Once you've lost one or two processors due to the number of claims, it's extremely difficult to get another one.

Anyway, to sort of answer your question, I'd look at Durango Merchant Services, however, if you are not in the U.S. or Canada, they probably won't be able to help you.

Thank you for your reply @dave_hermansen

There are many sites that offer a product or service for a low price and after 7 days for example there is a monthly subscription. The service and payment is legal because it puts in the fine print when paying, but in this type of sites the claims have to be quite high (more than 20% sure). If it really is so complicated to work with payment processors with high volume of claims and you also run the risk of losing the agreement, how can these sites do this?

They find high risk processing companies, like Durango (they do low risk at Durango, too) and they pay a much higher credit card fee. High risk processing companies may do things like hold a reserve to protect themselves, too.

Also, many of these less-legit recurring billing companies constantly change their names and open up new processing accounts with those new companies when the one for their former company name gets shut down.
