Tracking sales on "non affiliate network" business sites?

Hey guys, looking for what I need. Software or a guide or.. not really sure. I've searched Google, written companies, searched this and other forums.. nothing seems to be exactly what I'm doing.

My employer is wanting to ditch the current model he has: selling products from multiple vendors via Woocommerce, forwarding invoices, then being billed net 30 at wholesale price... for a new model which is more like Amazon. Ultimately he's looking for simpler accounting: direct sales then get a cut later.

The problem: all ~15 companies he sells for are not part of any sort of "network." They are all "old school" and would need a very easy "turn key" solution if they're to buy into any sort of revamp of agreements. Does this make sense? What will I need in order to accomplish full tracking of orders on someone else's site that comes from ours, when the other site is a very basic site? Will they need to do anything? I have no trouble with the implementation necessarily, but I'd like to know a great way to keep the other companies honest, if possible.

Thanks for any help.

You will never find something that provides full tracking of orders on other people's sites. That is, unless you have access to those other sites' admin panels and can get copies of every order they process.

Pretty sure what you are after doesn't exist, like Dave said you would need access to your vendors platforms.
