I just joined. I read a few posts on making money with eBay. I was wondering, can you also make money with eBay selling in Canada?

Don't see why not because eCommerce in Canada is growing every year. I would suggest trying to do some trend research before you start selling.

I'm originally from Canada and have used eBay in Canada before with no issues. Why don't you think you can make money using eBay in Canada? I know the currency is weak, but still!

Thanks for your reply. The reason I asked about Canada is that I am an immigrant staying in Canada. Totally new at trying making money online an so far reading up online I only came across people making money in the USA with eBay.

It is known that US is the world #1 market place and Canada is the #2.

Why don't you think you can?

I know the postage is much more expensive in Canada than in the USA so I was wondering how people work around that.

You charge the buyer the shipping fees, or mark the item up high enough to include it in the offer.

Take a look at the Warrior Path section of the forum. Look up the Ebay thread - $40 to $250 in a month hopefully, by Savidge4. Read it slowly and take a lot of notes !
