How to target UK visitors with a EU business

Hello Warriors,

I think I have got a few question that are quite straightforward, but I cannot find topics covering this subject.

I have an online lead business that operates in the EU / The Netherlands. I want to expand and target the UK.

I will work with a few partners (affiliate networks). I will not process any personal data myself.

I have got a co.uk domain to work with.

The questions...

Do I need to setup an LTD with a virtual address, or can I operate with my Dutch company?
Do I need to declare tax to the UK, or is this handled by the affiliate networks?
Is it different if I use a .com instead of a co.uk domain?

Or in short, how to go about it legally?

You're asking highly specific legal questions to an IM forum. No matter what anyone posts here, logical or legit, you don't know them and should be talking with your local lawyer AND tax specialist.

If something goes wrong, how can you defend yourself? "Your honor, the Warrior Forum experts said I could do it this way"

Not trying to poke fun at you...just trying to help you realize you should not be taking legal advice from a public forum.
