What to expect at the beginning?

I'm using Fred Lam's ZeroUp training and software for my eCommerce site. I've built a decent website and I've started to advertise. But I seem to be stuck.

The trouble with Fred Lam's training is that he's always talking to people who are at very different levels. There's not much one-on-one advice.

What I'm trying to figure out is what I should expect in the beginning. I think my site looks very nice and everything is set up correctly, but I'm not getting many sales yet.

When you're starting out with a "cold" Pixel, do you have to start running Facebook ads for many days before you get a sale?

I've tested a number of different ads for different products, but I've only gotten a handful of actual orders. I can achieve good CPC and CTR, but very few Add to Carts and fewer Orders.

If you had just started an eCommerce site and found a good product and good targeting, how quickly should it take to start getting sales?

Thanks.

it's a very tough question because it varies a lot. For one person the sales could start coming in one day, for another person it could take 2 or 3 weeks. Everything depends on facebook ads, how quickly you test different ads, how much budget you using and so on.

Can you tell us how much time you testing the ads so far and how much you have spent? What is your daily budget?
