Shipping from India to the USA via India Post for FBA

Hi, guys, I am tiny manufacturer from rural India. I have a small family-owned business that I manage with my father. I was finally able to list my product on Amazon.com but I am not sure how do I send my inventory to Amazon USA. Here are the details of my shipment.

Shipment value : $1400
Shipment weight : Around 8 kg
Shipment Box Dimensions : 16inch X 16inch x 10inch
Shipment Contains: Wood

I have printed all stickers and labels and applied them to the product and shipping box.

My question is can I just go to the post office and send a parcel to the warehouse address is given to me while preparing shipment? Do I need any document for USA import fees?

    A suggestion... set the shipping value at wholesale cost vs retail cost. I don't know what the import fees will be, but they are based on this number. As an example sending from USA to India the tariff would be 30% of the $1400 or roughly $400.

    I'd ship it via FedEx IE, it will cost you a bit more than IndiaPost but they handle packages with care
