Avoid product failures

Hi everyone,

Need your advice.

I am planning to develop a service to help Online sellers source the right products.

To set the scene, let's assume an entrepreneur wants to start selling Bluetooth speakers at Amazon. How does he decide which product to source?

By using my services, he could see, in a single view:

- what were the reasons for recalls (legal) for Bluetooth speakers recently
- what do customers typically like about Bluetooth speakers
- what are typical customer complaints about Bluetooth speakers

So putting all this information together he could develop the specifications for sourcing the right products.

If you were this entrepreneur, would you buy this service?

  • No, because choosing the products is perhaps THE most critical step for a re-seller (which is what you seem to be referring to) and outsourcing it would not make sense to me. As Frank said above, an RA is cheap and could narrow the product options for a seller.



    When it comes to amazon - it would not make sense to pay for someone to 'research products' - it's easy to do and the commission is so low now it would not work financially.
