Not all the products are in store, but we are promoting ourselves anyways, and we get massive and cheap traffic from search engines.

People come in, people pay at the shop to our Stripe account. In case we don't have product in our disposal - we commence a refund from the stripe.

We had 72k refunded orders for Infaltable pools this spring, and shipped 81 (!) order.

TONS of traffic, that eager to pay

Shop has a cashflow ±4 MILLION dollars a month, and 99% of them are refunded, as we don't have the products to ship.

99% refund rate screams 'scam' to me though I doubt you view it that way. You are in Russia? Selling to the US market?

I may be wrong but it sounds as if you are selling products you KNOW you don't have - and accepting payments knowing you can't fill orders.

Wild guess....your prices are super low and that's why you are getting 'orders'. You can't fill orders because you can't find suppliers selling those products at the low prices you are advertising.

    What did I miss?

My ducks are absolutely not in a row. I don't even know where some of them are...
...and I'm pretty sure one of them is a pigeon.

      Everything

None of your suggestions matched a reality.

I'd start explaining why, if you would reply earlier in a hour.
But I made the same post at BHW, and during that hour found three companies that would take a part in the model.

My soul scream was not because I try to sell underpriced products.
It was because I set the promotions with proper competitive prices, and we found only TWO small dropshipper, who were putting all their efforts into that. They made sales, you could pm me your email and I'll show you their results.

But 2 partners were a joke for a 6 months search.

Nop, the traffic wasn't the result of some "price manipulation".
Don't want to get deep into the model it's my bread and butter, have to tell you I'm an oRTB player and have an ability to get the traffic cheaper, comparable to facebook promotions.

They 'made sales' that were completed - or that were refunded? Clearly a model I don't quite understand so hope one of the experts in dropshipping here will have better answers for you.

      Completed, of course.
I lack for the partners who would manage the processing, shipment etc.

Found several on bhw, would try working with them.

From some point of view you are looking correct. I never did the shopping before, I'm a traffic supplier, I do and create traffic, and sell it over the partners.
This is the first time I stuck with the urge to handle it myself.
And I'm a newb in dropshipping, so aware of doing it all by myself.
