So.. E-commerce is present and future we all know that, also - a lot of us are doing digital marketing even for years..
But I really want to know - how do you launch a totally new website? No data at all?
Everyone is talking about WHAT to do, but no one is talking about the HOW to do.. I really want to know how to bring new store from 0 to success..
How many of you actually did it and can say they are able to promote a new website? Do you have some learning sources to share / your milestone / people you worked with?

Would like to promote my products in the US and I will appreciate your help

Looking for ways to launch

Well yeah, we've done it well over 100 times. Shopify published an article on their blog about a year ago that might help you - Need Traffic? Here's How to Get Visitors to a New Website (Even If You Don't Know Where to Begin)

  • 0 to Success is not that easy.
You should add the usage of both Organic and Paid Traffic to your E-commerce website.

Organic through ranking your website on google by optimizing your keywords for SEO.

Paid through running FB, IG or even YouTube Ads to promote your products.

With patience and persistency... Sky is the limit.

In total accord with what you said. Organic will take some time (3-4 months) to drive results, but constant efforts will make it sustainable. Paid, however, will get you instant results but the results will not be sustainable. As soon as you stop spending money you'll see a decline in the traffic/results.

    Hi Morielle

    Some tips for pre-launch:
Run a giveaway (paid promotion on Instagram and Facebook or with Influencers) to your landing page, to grow your email list.
Grow your social media accounts, Facebook, Instagram etc.
SEO to improve your organic search rankings

    After launch:
Facebook, Instagram, Search Engine ads (Goolgle, Bing etc)
Influencer collaborations (paid promotions and shout outs, product for post compaigns)
    Keep working on SEO

The simple and best 0 to Success

First hard work on on-page and off-page SEO (keyword research) for search engine ranking

and after use paid ads like Facebook, Google etc.

We do the exact opposite. First paid ads, and if the website turns even a small profit from the ads, we'll take the time to optimize it for search engines.

SEO is a long haul project that takes a whole lot of time and the results are slow - many months to years. We don't want to waste time on it if a website does not turn out to be as viable as we thought it might be.

Well, it all depends on which eCommerce network you have chosen to start your store. For example, if you're willing to start an e-commerce business with Etsy, you are going to be successful, as Etsy will single-handedly promote your store before the right audience for little cost. If you give this a try, you will know that it's worth it. ROI will start coming before you know.

First, It all depends on Niche... If your selected niche has a lot of competitive traffic then it will be hard to get on top position either you go with paid ads channels such as google ads or Facebook ads. To verify this go on sem rush tool and do some keywords research with your most relevant keywords. if they are more than 40 kd ( Keywords difficulty) then you will face a hard time to stand in the market and also it will charge you high cpc... But against if your target market has a lot of competition and high KD and you still wanted to go into that particular market. Then here are some of my suggestions for you...

    Website:
Design Your Ecommerce Store With Atleast 500 Products with (Most Relevant Keywords Under Your Meta Title, Meta Description) And also use unique tags as well.

    Traffic:

    Create Your Google Ads Account
    Create Your Google Search Console
    Create Your Google Analytics
    Integrate Everything With One Another...
    Create Youtube Channel...
    Create Google My Business Account

    Create Facebook Business Account:
    Create Facebook Page
    Create Instagram Page
    Create Facebook Ads Account
Integrate Facebook Pixel With Your Website

Now Run Paid Ads For Atleast 3 Months and Develop Your Custom Audience on Facebook Ads..
Retarget Them and Gradually Scale Your Traffic... You will Get ton of information from Google Search Console as well..

    Good Luck

Where did you pull this random number from? The vast majority of our most successful websites have had well under 100 products, many with less than 50.
