Affiliate & drop-shipping hybrid solutions for boutique items?

Hi All,

I am a newbie

I want to sell boutique gift items in my startup. Due to the nature of the service it would require that I have a thousands of products to choose from and I cannot afford to have inventory and use a 3PL (or similar solution)

I need to know 2 things.

1) Can anyone recommend any great drop shipping wholesale options that would provide very nice boutique gift items that would meet the requirements below?

2) Are there affiliate type programs that meet the requirements below?

I Require That
a) I add the shipping information for my customer for the purchase so they don't have to.
b) I receive tracking information for the item purchased so I can track it for the customer
c) The wholesaler/Retailer I use have product inventory, price monitoring AND ordering though and API
d) Must be able to reliably identify items that can be delivered within 21 days so I can ignore others


I DON'T care either way about
a) Whether the item being identified as an item from my "store" or be stripped of its original branding materials. I don't need the items to appear like they are my items.

b) That I handle the shipping or that I buy the product and then mark it up for a margin. I am happy to do affiliate marketing type of an arrangement so long as the 3 requirements above in the I Require section are met.
