MPN to ASIN conversion for Amazon

Hy,
I am facing a small problem, I work in an amazon reseller company. The product research team has multiple feed files from various suppliers. Some feed files have the non-intelligent manufacturer part numbering. That makes conversion of MPN to ASIN a challenge for the product research team and me. Can someone suggest a method to tackle this problem.?
Due to inaccurate MPN to ASIN conversions, we are losing potential good products. Any insightful feedback will be appreciated.
