Can anybody explain to me why somebody sells a three-month-old site with half the price of monthly profit?
Can I have somebody's professional advice about this or about how to buy the site on Flippa and what I have to pay big attention to?
Thanks in advance,
Regards.

"Too good to be true" is a good rule of thumb, you need to conduct an exhaustive due diligence if you're serious about buying a business and a quick filter too (because you can't spend countless hours analyzing every deal out there).

Flippa has a due diligence service, depending on the deal may or may not be worth it. I had like 100 or more points/questions as a due diligence in order to buy an online business, but the main ones are:

Understanding the business, the numbers make sense?
    Quality of the traffic.
    Quality of the customers
    Proof of income
    Red flags

Short answer, I can look for the 100 point/questions for a good due diligence if your interested and put them in here. Hope it helps

Because 3 months history is very light and any 'profit' can be manipulated or temporary.

A google search for 'how to buy site on flippa' will give you all sorts of tutorials, lists, videos, etc.

    Several reasons
1)If you can crank out 30 websites a month, send Ads to them to earn money and get all your money back and reinvest in making and flipping more sites it's a good model.
2)If you crank out 30 websites a month and sell 25 of them and keep the other 5 that make the most money and invest in those it's a good model.
3)If you paid more for the ads than it made you, and you are testing out a ton of niches, it's good to dump the ones that aren't making money.

Or If you can convince people of earnings you didn't earn and are a scammer
